In all requested valuations, our company, first of all, searches for and secures a complete market research which is the corner stone for a realistic determination of the value of the property. At the same time, special due diligence is applied in the available or required documentation which insures the credibility of the valuations, in conjunction with the valuer's capability to cross check the validity of the documentation against the actual condition of the real estate.

Finally, the technical library of our company, in conjunction with the existing valuations archives, complete the required technical substructure.

PPO is utilizing all the basic valuation methods included in the international valuations standards as well as in the RICS Red Book.
